Lexine, and a P-SEC officer named Gabe Weller, who also survived the events on the Ishimura and Aegis VII colony, end up together on the Sprawl (Dead Space II) and get married. It is revealed during that time that she is somehow immune to the Marker's signal, so the Unitologists take a special interest in her. Her survival and eventual escape to the USG Ishimura are covered in the Wii game Dead Space: Extraction. This took place before Isaac shocks into the Aegis system on the USG Kellion in Dead Space I.
